Care Assistant
Care assistants are the most important people in Redford. Providing the day to day care for our residents you will make sure they are all comfortable, happy and secure. You make a difference to the lives of the people who rely on you. There are a range of duties that you undertake, from helping residents at meal times and with hygiene to assisting with medicine administration.
There are a range of shift patterns and we work to ensure that where we can every member of staff has the hours that suit them, including making sure that everyone is able to get free weekends.
